We are building an interdisciplinary research group and welcome motivated students interested in spatial genomics, epigenetics, aging biology, inflammation, microscopy, genome engineering, computational genomics, and quantitative image analysis.

Potential projects in the lab span technology development, molecular and cellular biology, organoid models of inflammation, single-cell and spatial multi-omics data analysis.
